Charges filed in connection with Oct. 25 motorcycle fatality in Woodbridge

On Nov. 2, Prince William County Police Department investigators from the Crash Investigation Unit filed charges in connection to the fatal crash which occurred in the area of Minnieville Rd and Cheshire Station Plz in Woodbridge on Oct. 25.
