Two arrested on child pornography charges-one at a home, one at Potomac Mills Mall

**ARRESTS**

Possession of Child Pornography – In October of 2016, information was received from the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children that the suspect, later identified as the accused, was uploading child pornography to the internet. On November 1, detectives from the Prince William County Police Special Victim’s Unit and the Northern Virginia/Metropolitan D.C. Internet Crimes Against Children Task Force executed a search warrant at a residence in the 3000 block of Forestdale Ave in Woodbridge (22193) regarding the investigation. Evidence supporting the possession of child pornography was seized. Following the investigation, the accused, identified as Andrew EMANN, was arrested.
Arrested on November 1:
Andrew Earl EMANN, 31, of 3900 Forestdale Ave in Woodbridge
Charged with 1 count of possession of child pornography and 9 counts of possession of child pornography [2nd or subsequent offense]

Unlawful Filming | Possess Child Pornography – On October 30 at 1:43PM, an officer was in the area of Potomac Mills Mall located at 2700 Potomac Mills Circle in Woodbridge (22193) when he was flagged down by security about a disturbance in the area.  The officer met with a 50-year-old man of Dumfries who reported that an unknown person, later identified as the accused, was observed filming two family members, identified as a 13-year-old juvenile female and a 48-year-old woman of Dumfries, in the food court area of the mall. After being confronted, the accused attempted to leave the mall but was stopped. It was determined that the accused used a cell phone to film the juvenile’s legs and genital area, which were covered by a dress, without her consent. The accused had also filmed the adult victim without her consent. Following the investigation, the accused, identified as Juan Rolando RIVERA-PINEDA, was arrested.

Charged with felony unlawful filming, misdemeanor unlawful filming and possession of child pornography

Residential Burglary – On October 28 at 5:16AM, officers responded to the 12300 block of Tideswell Mill Ct in Woodbridge (22192) to investigate a burglary. The victim, identified as a 53-year-old man of Woodbridge, reported to police that he was asleep inside the residence when he heard noises coming from another part of the home. When the victim checked the residence, he found both the front door and garage door open in addition to property missing. The victim also determined that his vehicle was stolen from the driveway. Responding officers located the victim’s vehicle and the suspect, later identified as the accused, walking nearby with the victim’s property. Following the investigation, the accused, identified as Kevin Charles LEMMONDS, was arrested.

Charged with 1 count of burglary and 2 counts of grand larceny

**INCIDENTS**

Reckless Handling of a Firearm – On October 31 at 10:35PM, officers responded to the 18100 block of Kilmer Ln in Triangle (22172) to investigate a shots fired call. Callers reported to police that gunshots were heard in the above area. Additional witnesses reported seeing several individuals, possibly juveniles, running from the area. Officers were able to stop a large group on nearby Wharf Ln. The group claimed no involvement in the incident and were uncooperative. While checking the area, officers located numerous shell casings. No injuries or property damage were reported.

PW Police report passenger dies from injuries sustained in an April 15 traffic collision

The investigation revealed the driver of a 2012 Dodge Ram 2500 Pickup truck was traveling westbound on Yates Ford Rd. approaching Evans Ford Rd. when a 1993 Buick Roadmaster traveling eastbound on Yates Ford Rd. entered the intersection in front of the truck’s path of travel.
