Prince William County Police Homicide Unit and Special Investigations Bureau, with assistance from four other law enforcement agencies on Nov. 9, arrested four men, two women and one male juvenile in connection with the Oct. 29 murder of Edwin Ivan Chicas on Quail Run Lane in Manassas. Two male suspects are still being sought.

A man, 18, and a juvenile male, 16, have been charged in connection with two August burglaries in Woodbridge. The man was also charged with felony eluding, felony hit & run, misdemeanor hit & run, 2 counts of grand larceny, destruction of property, and driving on a revoked license in connection with two unoccupied vehicles left running.
