Victim threatened with knife in Woodbridge incident, police report

The investigation revealed that the victim, a 33-year-old man, and an acquaintance, identified as the accused, were involved in a verbal altercation that escalated. During the encounter, the accused retrieved a knife and threatened the victim, according to the police report.
