Investigators with the Prince William County Police Department's Crash Investigation Unit have determined that the victim struck and killed in the area of Sudley Rd and Balls Ford Rd in Manassas on May 6 was struck by two vehicles.

According to MPO Renee Carr, PWC Police Department representative, the victim, a 46-year-old woman, reported to police that she arrived at the above address and located a family member, identified as the accused, under the influence of alcohol and unable to care for her 2-year-old daughter.
