Woman to woman: PW Police report says accused drove her car into the victim’s car twice

Malicious Wounding | Hit and Run – On Saturday, May 9, 2020 at 2:46AM, Prince William County Police officers responded to a residence located in the 18900 block of Highland Park Dr. in Triangle (22172) to investigate a hit and run.

The investigation revealed that the victim, a 23-year-old woman, and an acquaintance, identified as the accused, were involved in a verbal altercation that escalated. During the encounter, the accused drove her car into the victim’s car twice causing the victim’s leg to be caught between the vehicles, according to a police report filed by MPO Renee Carr, police department representative

The accused fled the scene prior to police arriving at the location. The victim was transported to an area hospital with significant injuries. Following the investigation, officers obtained arrest warrants for the accused, identified as Janet Tenewaa AGYEMANG, who was located and taken into custody later that morning by members of the Arlington County Police Department.

Charged with malicious wounding and hit and run
