Two girls, both 12, inappropriately touched by unknown man on way to Graham Park Middle School

The suspect did not speak to either victim during the two separate encounters. Detectives with the Special Victims Bureau are actively investigating the incidents and are seeking to speak with anyone who may have seen the suspect in the area at the time of the assaults who matched the provided description.

Update—Reward being offered in April 15 shooting at Gar-Field High School near carnival

Through a PWCPD partnership with the U.S. Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives (ATF), a $5,000 reward is being offered in connection with the arrest and conviction of the suspect involved. The Prince William County Police Department is also offering up to an additional $1,000 reward for information that leads to an arrest and conviction in this case.

Focus on local resources to boost mental health at 5K walk and outing May 15 at Locust Shade Park

Prince William County says it wants "to educate, advocate and dispel myths and stigma around mental illness." An awareness event is planned for Sunday, May 15, from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. when residents are invited to take out their running or walking shoes and join in a county-wide Mental Health Walk during Mental Health Awareness Month.
