Abduction | Assault & Battery *SUSPECT IDENTIFIED – On December 5, Prince William County Police Department detectives from the Intel Unit received a tip from a citizen which helped identify the suspect involved in an abduction and assault which occurred at the ZY Massage located at 2578 Dynasty Loop in Woodbridge on December 4.
