On October 15 at 1:43AM, Prince William County Police officers responded to the 14800 block of Danville Rd in Woodbridge (22193) to investigate a possible abduction, according to Sgt. Jonathan Perok, police department spokesman. The investigation revealed the victim, a 16-year-old female, was attending a party at a home in the above area with the accused, an acquaintance.

On October 15 at 1:43AM, officers responded to the 14800 block of Danville Rd in Woodbridge (22193) to investigate a possible abduction. The investigation revealed a female juvenile, identified as Sinahi Aguilar-Cruz, was attending a party at a home in the above area with a male acquaintance. The female exited the home where witnesses observed her being forcibly placed in a vehicle by the male acquaintance.

On Wednesday, Oct. 11, Gainesville District Supervisor Pete Candland will be holding a tele-town hall at 7:30 p.m. On Wednesday Oct. 18, residents of the Manassas/Sudley area are invited to attend a town hall at the Bull Run Library. The meeting will be held in Community Room A at 6:30 p.m.

Novant Health UVA Health System Prince William Medical Center Foundation is seeking proposals until Oct. 15 from community nonprofit organizations that are working to improve the health of low-income and at-risk populations in greater Prince William County. Grant awards range from $1,000 to $20,000.
