Novant Health UVA Health System has named Al Pilong, Jr. senior vice president and CEO. Pilong, who is coming from Michigan and previously Winchester, VA, will begin his new role on April 1, according to a news release.

The Prince William County Police Department, in conjunction with Manassas City Police and additional law enforcement resources, are actively investigating an anonymous threat that was posted on Instagram and brought to the attention of police on the evening of February 8, according to Sgt.
