Per the Code of the City of Manassas Park, Sec. 20-12, tenants or homeowners of any property abutting a curbed or paved sidewalk are responsible for clearing their sidewalk within the first eight (8) hours of daylight following a snow/ice storm. Department of Defense Services employees who live in eastern Prince William and work at the Mark Center in Alexandria can catch OmniRide buses locally and ride them to and from work beginning Monday, Feb. 1. The first day of operation will be a free fare day.

The listening session for The Pollinator Protection Plan in Warrenton scheduled for Tuesday, January 26, has been cancelled due to road conditions and will be rescheduled at a later time, according to Elaine Lidholm, spokesman for Virginia Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services (VDACS).

Manassas Park City Schools have announced they will be closed Wednesday, January 27th. Following city snow policy, there will be no Preschool or Extended Care.
