PWC Police make arrest in connection with Jan. 9. 2025 shooting.
The board of directors of Didlake, Inc., a leading provider of employment and other opportunities for people with disabilities, has named Rick Sebastian as its new president, effective April 1. Sebastian will assume the role of president as part of an ongoing transition process in which he will ultimately succeed current president and CEO Rex Parr.
Graduation dates have been set for the Class of 2015 at Fauquier, Kettle Run and Liberty High Schools in Fauquier County.

To assist students with disabilities and their families in planning for life after school, the Prince William/Manassas/Manassas Park Transition Council will host its Annual Transition Fair. This free event will be held on Saturday, March 21, from noon–3:30 p.m. at the Edward L. Kelly Leadership Center.

Beginning 8 a.m. tomorrow, Thursday, Feb. 5, all Novant Health facilities including the hospital in Manassas will lift visitor restrictions that were put in place Jan. 2, according to a news release. During the height of this flu season, Novant asked the community to keep visitors younger than 18 years old out of its hospital facilities.

Scouts and their families will be participating in a circuit hike (about 4 miles) through the City of Manassas Feb. 7, weather permitting with stops at five churches. Participants will donate food and will pick up trash along the way. At each stop a church representative will conduct an interactive discussion with the youth about two of the Ten Commandments along with a brief introduction to their particular religious denomination.
