Crews continue treating roads glazed by overnight freezing rain, and as of 5:30 a.m., roads in northern Virginia range from wet, to slushy, to ice-covered, but all pavement has the potential to be slick and dangerous.

Murder Investigation – On January 13 at 1:56PM, officers located what appeared to be human remains and bones in a wooded area in the 8000 block of Barrett Dr in Manassas (20110), according to Officer Nathaniel Probus, spokesman for the Prince William County Police Department.

Prince William County Police Chief Steve Hudson announced Feb. 10 his plans to retire from the police department. Chief Hudson’s last day is scheduled for March 31, 2016.
