Congresswoman Barbara Comstock (VA-10) issued the following statement after H.R. 1150, the Frank R. Wolf International Religious Freedom Act, a bill that she cosponsored, passed the House May 16 unanimously.
Ellen M. Purdy. a member of the Manassas School Board since July 2012, has announced her resignation from her position, effective July 1, 2016. The Board will have 45 days from the date of Purdy’s departure to fill the vacancy with a provisional appointment.
Autobahn Indoor Speedway is now open at Manassas Mall, according to Kelly GIlfether, marketing manager. The speedway is the first all-electric indoor race kart facility in Prince William County, she added. These F1 inspired karts reach speeds of up to 50 mph for ages 13 and older. Junior karts are available for racers who are at least 48" tall, and 8-12 years old.

Reference the below Fatal Crash Investigation, the striking vehicle involved in this incident is further described as a 2002-07 dark colored van, possibly a Dodge Caravan or Grand Caravan, Chrysler Voyager or Town & Country, or a 2011 Dodge Ram 1500. Other notable indications to the striking vehicle could include damage to vehicle’s windshield, hood, left amber light, and/or left front-end damage or missing plastic wheel well parts.
