Highway alert: Va. State Police to be looking for HOV lane violators on I-66 on Thursday, Dec. 13

Virginia State Police (VSP) will conduct a focused High Occupancy Vehicle (HOV) enforcement on Interstate 66 inside the Beltway Thursday, December 13th, during morning and afternoon rush hour periods, according to a news release from the office of Del. Tim Hugo.

Catherine "Joyce" Wiskeman-Phillips, 75, of Bristow, VA, a former chairman of the Prince William County Board and a retired Prince William County teacher who taught at Tyler Elementary and Coles Elementary, passed away on Nov. 17, 2018 after a brief illness. A private burial will take place in Westminster, MD. Prince William Library Foundation has been designated as the beneficiary of memorial donations.
