Prince William County Police have posted a lookout for a missing person who may be in the area of Novant UVA PW Hospital in Manassas: Leroy Jesse SPRUILL is described as an black male, 77 years of age, 5'08”, 135lbs with grey hair and brown eyes. Mr. Spruill was last seen wearing a black hat with the presidential seal on it, a beige, blue or black jacket, and glasses.

The SCC staff report issued June 2 noted [pages 17-21] that the potential customer may have to pay the excess cost, estimated at $115 million, between constructing an overhead route down I-66 and placing the project underground as the local legislative delegation and overwhelming numbers of the public requested, according to a news release from Del. MISSING ENDANGERED JUVENILE: The Prince William County Police Department is asking for the public’s help in locating a missing, endangered juvenile, Naseem Isiah Roulack, 14, missing since June 1. He left for school and didn't return home.
