Prince William Police identify victims in March 11 double fatality: The driver of the 2006 Honda Civic was identified as Kevin Jonathan MARTINEZ, 20 of Woodbridge. The passenger of the 2001 Mitsubishi Mirage was identified as Miguel Montae GRIFFITH, 24, of Ft. Washington, Maryland. The driver of the 2001 Mitsubishi Mirage was identified as a 30-year-old man of Manassas.
Double Fatality Crash Investigation – On Saturday, March 11 at 8:50 PM, investigators with the Prince William County Police Department's Crash Unit responded to Prince William Pkwy between I-95 and York Dr in Woodbridge (22191) to investigate a two-vehicle accident, according to Officer Nathan C. Probus, PWC Police Department spokesman.

Prince William Board of County Supervisors has agreed to enter into a non-binding letter of intent (LOI) with Art Silber, owner of the Potomac Nationals, and The JBG Companies, owner and developer of Potomac Town Center. The LOI provides the framework for a potential deal that would secure the location of the Minor League Baseball franchise in Woodbridge. “There are a lot of details to iron out still,” said Corey Stewart, Chairman of the Board of County Supervisors. “However, this assures the commitment from all parties to continue in our good faith negotiations to find a way to keep the Potomac Nationals here in Prince William County.”
On March 7, the Metropolitan Police Department in Washington D.C. received information regarding the possible whereabouts of Jamel Carlos KINGSBURY. The accused was subsequently located and arrested by officers of the Metropolitan Police Department. This suspect was wanted in connection to a fatal stabbing which occurred in front of the Burlington Coat Factory located at 2700 Potomac Mills Cir in Woodbridge on March 4. The accused will remain in custody in Washington D.C. pending extradition back to Virginia.
