Cadets in the Navy JROTC at Osbourn Park High School will be among the best NJROTC units in the world this weekend vying for honors at the “Navy Nationals.” They are members of the first unit from Northern Virginia to ever advance to the national competition at the Pensacola Naval Air Station in Florida on April 7-8.
