PW Police and Fire & Rescue jointly investigating July 27 house fire and stabbing in Woodbridge

On July 27 at 4:24PM, Prince William County Police officers responded to a residence located in the 1300 block of East Longview Dr in Woodbridge to investigate a reported stabbing. Officers arrived on scene and located the residence on fire and an adult woman suffering from stab wounds on the front lawn. The suspect, identified as the accused, was located in the driveway of the home, sitting in a vehicle where he was taken into custody without incident.
