Help in paying mortgage, rent and utility bills due to COVID-19 is now available for residents of Prince William County, Manassas and Manassas Park through HUD. Prince William County Office of Housing and Community Development is doing the paperwork for the federal program.

Off. Beard said the victim, a 22-year-old woman, reported to police that she was sexually assaulted by an acquaintance, identified as the accused, after he entered her locked bedroom. The victim recently reported the incident, prompting a police investigation.

Car left running attracts mischief after midnight

The male victim, 42, left his vehicle running while inside a US 1 business. While the victim was inside the business, the accused, identified as a male juvenile,14, attempted to steal the vehicle and was eventually confronted by the victim.
