Saturday, April 16, 2016 marks the 28th anniversary of the disappearance of Jerry D. PLASTER, who was 25 years old at the time he went missing from Manassas Mall in 1988.

Detectives from the Homicide Unit have identified the body found March 29 in a retention pond in the 7300 block of Williamson Blvd in Manassas (20109). The victim was reported as missing and endangered on Feb. 4. Officer Nathan Probus, Police Department spokesman, said there is no public threat or need for concern as this incident does not appear to be random and no foul play is suspected at this time.
