Former Poet Laureate of Virginia Carolyn Kreiter-Foronda and former (Newport News) Daily Press Poet Laureate Bill Glose will present “Poets Laureate on Art and War” at Osbourn Park High School, on Saturday, Feb. 14, from 1 to 3 p.m.

This year’s 11th CD Congressional Arts Competition, An Artistic Discovery sponsored by Congressman Gerry Connolly, is the largest in the district’s history with 184 high school students submitting 238 entries.
