Two Greater Prince William area residents will be among the 37 young Virginians who will be appointed as Senate Pages when the legislature convenes on Wednesday, Jan. 10, according to a news release.

Prince William County Public Schools will close three hours early today, Monday, Jan. 8, due to predicted inclement weather and freezing road surfaces in some areas.
“The bitter cold that continues to plague the Commonwealth will be joined by a potentially significant winter storm... with snowfall and blizzard-like conditions in some communities.” said Governor McAuliffe. ...all Virginians should take the necessary precautions now to ensure they are prepared for the travel disruptions, power outages and other threats to health and safety that could arise..."
