CTB awards contract for southern terminus of I-95 in Stafford

The Commonwealth Transportation Board has awarded a contract worth approximately $31.1 million to Branch Highways Inc., of Roanoke to design and construct a reversible extension of 95 Express Lanes at the southern terminus in Stafford County.

State-wide IT outage fixed

Virginia’s IT provider has fixed an issue that caused a statewide outage Saturday morning, and DMV online transactions are once again available for customers. Service was restored around 1:30 p.m., a news release stated.
