Each year, with donations from business and community partners, SPARK funds a variety of innovative programs that enrich the lives of PWCS students, teachers, and staff. Prince William Board of County Supervisors approved an increased FY17 Building Development Fee Schedule in conjunction with the FY17 Budget Adoption. The higher fees are effective July 1, 2016.
