Gainesville VA Middle School PTO is sponsoring the school's 5K Race and 1Mile Fun Run to benefit SERVE and the school on Saturday, March 16. This is the fourth year for this event.

Food Lion will launch its annual Easter Seals Shop & Care fundraising campaign on Wednesday, Feb. 13. The effort is aimed at raising millions of dollars in Food Lion’s more than 1,100 stores, to assist children and adults with disabilities. The campaign will run Feb. 13 through March 12.
