The Virginia Department of Alcoholic Beverage Control (ABC) store at 4199-B Winchester Road in Marshall will close on Friday, Sept. 22, for an expansion and remodeling project, according to a news release from Virginia Department of Alcoholic Beverage Control. It will reopen Nov. 20 at 10 a.m.
