During the course of the investigation, detectives with the Prince William County Police Department's Homicide Unit identified a suspect sought in connection to the double murder that occurred in the Featherstone area of Woodbridge (22191) on June 22, 2019.

The ramp from southbound Fairfax County Parkway (Route 286) to southbound I-95 will be closed from 10 p.m. Friday night, Nov. 22 to 5 p.m. Sunday night, Nov. 24 for stormwater pipe repairs, according to the Virginia Department of Transportation.

State Senators Scott Survovell, Jeremy McPike and George Barker, who represent some areas of Prince William County, have been appointed to leadership posts in the Virginia Senate Democratic Committee.
The Step Sisters, a 501c3 non-profit organization, reports that it has expanded its services for breast cancer patients into Prince William County via a partnership with Novant Health UVA at the Haymarket and Prince William Medical Centers.
A homeworker from Woodbridge and a family acquaintance from Annandale were charged with aggravated sexual battery and are being held without bond after children ages 8 and 11 reported sexual assaults to family members who contacted Prince William County Police on Nov. 16.
