PWC Police make arrest in connection with Jan. 9. 2025 shooting.

No devices were located, and police officers determined there was no active threat to the school. During the investigation, detectives identified the caller as a 16-year-old male student of another Prince William County school and confirmed the threat to the school was not credible. Charges are pending consultation with Juvenile Court Services. Stabbing Investigation – On April 25 at 10:13PM, Prince William County Police officers responded to the 17000 block of Richmond Hwy. in Dumfries (22026) to investigate a stabbing. The investigation revealed the victim, a 42-year-old man, was stabbed during an altercation with another man while in a parking lot in the above area. The suspect fled the scene in a dark-colored sedan.

Investigating officers believe the four incidents may be related. The incidents are similar and the homes are in close proximity in Woodbridge, according to the police report.

Gov. Glenn Youngkin will lead a Va. delegation on a trade mission to Germany, Denmark, Finland and Switzerland next week. At present there are 170 foreign-owned business establishments in Virginia from these four countries, the Governor's Office said.
