Amazon reports that it has officially launched two new delivery stations in Prince William County, creating more than 200 new full-time jobs that provide a competitive starting wage of $15.40 an hour and comprehensive benefits, all starting on the first day of employment.
To help businesses impacted by the economic impact of COVID-19, the County has extended the Business Tangible Personal (BTP) Property tax filing deadline from April 15, 2021, to May 17, 2021.

On March 22, the final suspect sought in connection to the shooting that was reported to have occurred in 4700 block of Pearson Dr. in Woodbridge (22193) on Dec. 19, 2019, was arrested. The suspect, Tavon Everett Lee VINES, was located and taken into custody in Camp Springs, MD by members of the U.S. Marshals Fugitive Task Force.

On Feb. 24, 2021 the suspect sought in connection to the assault that was reported to have occurred at an apartment located in the 1500 block of Tyler Cl in Woodbridge (22191) on Aug. 15, 2016, was arrested. The suspect, Kelly Jasmine ALEGRIA, turned herself in to police without incident, according to Ofc. Wade Dickinson, public information officer.
