“No one should have to choose between paying for their medication and keeping food on the table,” said Senator Kaine. “I’m proud to cosponsor legislation that would cap out-of-pocket costs of insulin and help working families make ends meet.” The Affordable Insulin Now Act would require Medicare plans and private group or individual health care plans to cap patients’ out-of-pocket costs for insulin at $35 per month.

Vehicle crashes into Woodbridge Chipotle restaurant during lunch hour

Crews arrived to find a vehicle partially into the structure with damage to the immediate area. The restaurant was open and serving customers at the time of the incident. The building was posted unsafe to occupy by the Prince William County Building Official and it is unknown when the business will reopen.
