Fatal bicycle accident in Manassas city

Dr. Thomas Jefferson Grizzard Jr., 70, retired director of the Occoquan Watershed Monitoring Laboratory, and a volunteer member of the Manassas City Utilities Committee, died on Saturday, June 24, at an area hospital from injuries sustained during a June 21 bicycle accident, according to a Manassas City police report.
