Three county police officers report being assaulted while on duty Dec. 24-26

Assault & Battery on a Law Enforcement Officer [LEO] –  On December 26 at 4:06PM, officers responded to a residence located in the 16200 block of Taconic Cir in Dumfries (22025) to investigate a domestic assault. The investigation revealed that the accused was involved in a verbal altercation with a family member, a 58-year-old woman, which escalated. During the encounter, the accused allegedly pushed the victim in the upper body causing her to fall down. Following the investigation, officers told the accused he was under arrest. When an officer attempted to take the accused into custody, he pulled away from the officer and pushed him in the upper body before taking a fighting stance. The officer deployed a TASER and the accused was taken into custody without further incident. Minor injuries were reported by the accused. Following the investigation, the accused was arrested.

Assault & Battery on a Law Enforcement Officer [LEO] – On December 25 at 3:37AM, officers responded to a residence located in the 14100 block of Randall Dr in Woodbridge (22191) for a warrant service. Officers were at the residence to serve a warrant for domestic assault on the accused resulting from an investigation the prior evening where the accused was alleged to have assaulted a family member, identified as a 50-year-old woman. At the time of the initial investigation, the accused was not at the home and officers obtained an arrest warrant. Officers returned to the residence on Randall Dr on December 25 where the accused was arrested. While being escorted to a police cruiser, the accused kicked one of the officers in the lower body. The officer was not injured. Following the investigation, the accused, identified as Tarra Elizabeth STUCKEY, was charged.

Assault & Battery on a Law Enforcement Officer [LEO] – On December 24 at 12:32PM, a Prince William County police officer took the accused into custody on an Emergency Custody Order. While being processed at the Gar-Field station located at 15948 Donald Curtis Dr in Woodbridge (22191), the accused asked to use the restroom. When the officer removed the handcuffs, the accused proceeded to strike the officer in the upper body. The accused was re-secured without further incident. The officer was not injured. Following the investigation, the accused, identified as Elijah Amir HOSKIE, was charged.
