The Prince William Chamber of Commerce hosted its 35th Annual and second time Virtual Valor Awards. This event recognizes the heroism and bravery of the men and women in uniform.

On March 27, detectives with the Prince William County Police Department's Homicide Unit arrested a suspect in connection to the shooting death of Kalin Javon ROBINSON which occurred at the Babylon Café located at 3081 Golansky Blvd. in Woodbridge (22192) on March 25, according to First Sgt. Jonathan Perok, who heads the department's public information office.

On March 21 at 2:23AM, officers responded to the Ross Dress for Less store located at 10822 Sudley Manor Dr. in Manassas (20109) to investigate an alarm activation, according to Ofc. Wade Dickinson, public information officer.

On March 20 at 6:45PM, officers responded to a residence located in the 3400 block of Fitchburg Ct. in Woodbridge (22193) to investigate a domestic. While investigating, the accused was observed by officers physically assaulting a family member, according to Ofc. Wade Dickinson, public information officer.

On March 20 at 7:16AM, officers responded to the Ravens Crest Apartments located in the 11000 block of Edgepark Cir. in Manassas (20109) to investigate a stabbing.

On March 22, the final suspect sought in connection to the shooting that was reported to have occurred in 4700 block of Pearson Dr. in Woodbridge (22193) on Dec. 19, 2019, was arrested. The suspect, Tavon Everett Lee VINES, was located and taken into custody in Camp Springs, MD by members of the U.S. Marshals Fugitive Task Force.

On Feb. 24, 2021 the suspect sought in connection to the assault that was reported to have occurred at an apartment located in the 1500 block of Tyler Cl in Woodbridge (22191) on Aug. 15, 2016, was arrested. The suspect, Kelly Jasmine ALEGRIA, turned herself in to police without incident, according to Ofc. Wade Dickinson, public information officer.

Update - Shooting Investigation *ARREST – On March 19, the suspect sought in connection to the shooting that was reported to have occurred at the Babylon Café located at 3081 Golansky Blvd. in Woodbridge (22192) on Jan. 23, 2021 was arrested, according to Ofc. Wade Dickinson, public information office for Prince William County Police Department.
