Serve Our Willing Warriors (SOWW) in Haymarket is holding a ribbon cutting at its Bull Run Warrior Retreat on Saturday, July 4th, from 1 to 4 p.m. The Retreat will serve our Nation’s wounded, ill and injured service members and their families.
