On August 18 at 11:56AM, a Prince William County police officer was in the area of Jefferson Davis Hwy and Joplin Rd in Triangle (22172) when a vehicle was observed disregarding a red light. The officer conducted a traffic stop on the vehicle on northbound I-95.
