Governor’s Flag Order for the 17th Anniversary of the Virginia Tech Shooting

Gov. Glenn Youngkin has ordered the flags of the United States of America and the Commonwealth of Virginia be flown at half-staff April 16 in memory and respect for the 17th Anniversary of the Virginia Tech shooting which took the lives of 32 people.

Woodbridge homeowner reported to police that at 4:30AM on Oct. 19, she observed an unknown individual wearing all black clothing enter her bedroom.

Two food delivery persons report robberies by three suspects Oct. 21 in Lake Ridge

The victim, a 26-year-old male, reported to police that while making a food delivery in the above area, he was approached by three unknown males who took the money from the victim before fleeing the area on foot. Later in the evening, an additional incident was reported near the above address where three suspects attempted to obtain money in a similar manner. The investigation revealed that the suspects were the same in both incidents.

Warmer weather traditionally leads to an increase of motorists of all kinds on Virginia roads, especially motorcycles.
