Northern Virginia Electric Cooperative and Virginia, Maryland & Delaware Association of Electric Cooperatives are accepting applications for higher-education scholarships from public, private, and home schooled high school seniors who receive electricity from electric cooperatives. Applications for NOVEC's scholarships are due Tuesday, March 13, 2018. VMDAEC applications are due Friday, Feb. 9, 2018. Students may apply for both scholarships.
