Police seek information in animal cruelty case

Authorities are seeking information about an "extremely emaciated" mixed breed hound about 6-12 months old that was abandoned at C. Lacey Compton Neighborhood Park in Woodbridge last Saturday morning, March 2, about 10:30 a.m., reportedly by a man driving a newer model white Range Rover.

Supervisors call special meeting for Feb. 25 to deal with animal shelter issues

Prince William Board of County Supervisors will hold a Special Meeting on Tuesday, Feb. 25, 2020 at 7:30 p.m. to review options regarding the construction of the animal shelter and to obtain public feedback on the project.
