Prince William County Alumnae Chapter of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc. On Monday, Dec. 7, 2020, at approximately 8:36 a.m. officers of the Manassas City Police Department responded to the TD Bank located at 8401 Diggs Road near the hospital for a report of an armed robbery. The investigation determined that a male wearing a safety vest approached the teller’s window, displayed a firearm and demanded money, according to the police report.
