Manassas police apprehend wanted subject through collaborative effort

Manassas City Police, collaboratiing with task forces from Northern Virginia, Prince William County-Manassas-Manassas Park, US Marshals Service and US Secret Service apprehended David Mendoza, 18, without incident on Shady Grove Circle, in Manassas, around 8:30 p.m. Thursday, Sept. 15, 2016. Ten charges were placed against the suspect.

Prince William County police are seeking the public's help in locating Zion LeBron Favors, a 3 month old black male, 1’6’’, and 10lbs. He has brown eyes and short brown hair. Zion was last seen wearing a diaper. The infant was taken from a Dumfries motel, police said.
