PWC Police make arrest in connection with Jan. 9. 2025 shooting.

According to a news release from the offices of U.S. Sens. Mark R. Warner (D-VA), James Lankford (R-OK), and Cory Booker (D-NJ), the trio has introduced bipartisan legislation to codify the Presidential Innovations Fellows (PIF) program, that would formally establish a pathway for government to attract experienced technology entrepreneurs and innovators to public service.

On November 30, detectives from the Prince William County Police Department's Homicide Unit identified the suspect involved in the murder of an adult man which occurred in front of the Food Lion grocery store located at 6306 Hoadly Rd in Manassas on November 29.
Homicide Investigation – On November 29 at 7:29PM, Prince William County police officers responded to the Food Lion located at 6306 Hoadly Rd in Manassas (20112) to investigate a shooting, according to Sgt. Jonathan Perok, police spokesman.

Fairfax County Sheriff Stacey Kincaid presented her agency’s highest honor, the Distinguished Service Award, to Captain William Friedman of Woodbridge, VA, a 19-year veteran of the Sheriff’s Office. Before joining the agency, Friedman served 12 years in the Army, on both active and reserve duty.
