On Thursday, Jan. 9, 2025 at 6:19PM, Prince William County Police officers responded to the 8300 block of Sunset Dr. in Manassas (20110) to investigate a shooting.

Flooding stops some afternoon school buses ; parents are to pick up students at school

Some students at Brentsville District High School, Marsteller Middle School and Nokesville Elementary areas of Prince William County Va. will need to be picked up at school by parents or guardians. School buses are unable to get through due to flooding in some areas.

Free national park passes for military families

The National Park Service has announced it will begin issuing annual passes to active duty military personnel and their dependents at 9 a.m. on Saturday, May 19 to show appreciation for those who serve in the U.S. military.
