Manassas Police ask for public’s help with cold case from 1988

Today, May 17, marks the 27th anniversary of the filing of a missing persons report on Jerry D. Plaster who was last seen on April 16, 1988. Plaster, age 27 at the time he disappeared, left his home to go to Manassas Mall and has not been seen since. He would be 54 now. Fatal Crash Investigation – On May 15th at 12:17AM, investigators from Prince William County Police Department's Crash Investigation Unit responded to the area of Dumfries Rd and Talon Dr in Dumfries (22025) to investigate a two vehicle crash, according to a news release from Officer Jonathan Perok, police department spokesman.
