PWC Police make arrest in connection with Jan. 9. 2025 shooting.

Loving, a motion picture based on the true story of Richard and Mildred Loving, a Virginia married couple who, in 1958, were arrested for violating a state law at the time prohibiting interracial marriage will be filmed in Virginia. The couple sued. Their case was ultimately heard in 1967 by the U.S. Supreme Court, becoming a landmark civil rights case in defense of marriage equality.
The caller reported to police that Linda Sue Greenfield walked away from her home located in the 3400 block of Fort Lyon in Lake Ridge about 8:00 a.m. this morning, May 14. Ms. Greenfield is believed to have left voluntarily and may be in need of assistance which qualifies her as being endangered.
Virginia Film Office is accepting screenplays, 90-120 pages, and for the first time, one-hour television pilots, 60-90 pages, all with a Virginia "connection" for the 27th Virginia Screenwriting Competition.
