Thirteen PWCS teachers who have received National Board Certification will be honored at a School Board reception on Jan. 28. Five of the 13 National Board Certified Teachers (NBCT) achieved recertification.

Through the 2015 Pesticide Disposal Program 62,261 pounds of unwanted pesticides were removed in Virginia localities including Prince William County, Manassas and Manassas Park. Governor Terry McAuliffe announced today, Jan. 4, that Virginia Commonwealth University (VCU) has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with the University of Havana.
