Citizen tip leads to arrest of suspect in June 17 carjacking, police report

On June 20 around 2:50PM, information was received from a citizen via social media that Jose Neftaly CANALES GRANADOS, who was wanted in connection to a carjacking at the Wal-Mart located at 14000 Worth Ave in Woodbridge on June 17, was in the area of the 13900 block of Jefferson Davis Hwy in Woodbridge.
