On Sunday, Oct. 31, 2021 at 10:40PM, Prince William County Police officers responded to a residence located in the 15100 block of Fog Mountain Cl. in Haymarket (20169) to investigate an attempted burglary. The homeowner reported to police that earlier that evening an alarm notification was received that there was someone in the rear of the residence.

Police told man in blue mask rode away with teen’s bicycle Oct. 29

The investigation revealed that the victim, a 16-year-old male juvenile, was riding a bicycle on the sidewalk in the above area when he observed an unknown man walking towards him. When the victim passed the man, he was pushed off his bicycle.

The new tree, a 27-foot white fir (Abies Concolor) from Middleburg, Pa. was donated by Hill View Christmas Tree Farm, and will be the first white fir to serve as the National Christmas Tree.
