The police report said the driver, who was not wearing a seatbelt, lost control of the vehicle which left the roadway in Dale City before entering a ravine which caused the vehicle to roll over.

Louise Edsall is a beekeeper and an educator with Sweet Virginia Foundation. The organization provides hands-on experiences to educate students on the importance of bees in our lives and/ or livelihood as well as encourage more people to engage in the art and science of beekeeping.

Acclaimed West Gate Elementary School Principal Craig Gfeller will share his educational leadership skills with students, teachers, and administrators divisionwide as the newly named Associate Superintendent for Eastern Elementary Schools. Gfeller will oversee 19 schools and serve as a member of the Superintendent’s Staff.

For seven weeks this summer these students will immerse themselves in the Russian language. One will travel to Estonia and the other will travel to Moldova.

The Nokesville Business Association meeting this Wednesday evening, June 17, has been cancelled so that those interested may attend a special open house regarding the proposed ADAMS project on Schaeffer Lane/ Vint Hill Road.
Va. Rt. 28 (Nokesville Road) between Bristow Village Boulevard and Battalion Square will again be closed in both directions Friday, Saturday and Sunday nights so that crews can continue installing a storm sewer line, according to the Virginia Department of Transportation.
