On Saturday, February 26, 2022 at 7:25PM, Prince William County Police Department officers responded to the Horner Commuter Lot located at 13455 Telegraph Rd in Woodbridge (22192) to investigate two pedestrians who had been struck in the lot, according to First Sgt.
